Budget Travel - Backpacking to Singapore! Day 1

Hai all!

It was good to start a new month, travel with your friends! And it was a wrap, people! Singapore adalah awesome. The best part was the Universal Studio. Others were so-so, since its quite pricey there. I didn't even shop okay! Tipu. Sehelai baju je beli. Disebabkan kami on budget backpacking traveller, duit pon kena ada biasa-biasa je lah.

First thing first, all tickets should buy a month before your travel plan. This is for money purpose. Tickets include:

a) Bus ticket return (KL-Woodlands, Larkin-KL) - RM70.

b) Universal Studio Singapore ticket - RM 157.80 per person. We were lucky enough to get 15% discount. Thanks to Maybank.Valid from 03 Jan 2012 - 31 Mar 2012.

c) Please please book your hostel or hotel much earlier. We booked at hostelworld.com. Urban Backpackers Hostel, RM40 per night at Geylang Road, near to Aljunied MRT Station. 

Then, save duit untuk your travel period next month! Thats it! Easy peasy! ;) I exchanged my money - RM607.50 @ SGD 250. Include MRT, food, shopping. Tapi, itu pun tak habis. Spent around RM450 je kat sana. Bare in mind the price is double at Singapore! Just jangan keep on converting yaw! You'll end up eating maggi only laaa...

Bugis Street.

Bugis Street is a must go. Kalau nak shopping baju-baju murah, boleh la pergi sana. Kira macam pergi Times Square atau Bukit Bintang la kat KL. Baju semua stok RM25 je. Nak cari souvenir kat sini pun boleh jugak. Banyak ade.. Details aku cerita next entry. Sebab entry ni dah penuh sangat. Dan aku malas. Haha.

We headed to Marina Bay in the evening.

Tirah. BB beliau. 

Keciknye kau Ain. 

Besar tempat ni. Ada macam naik boat kat Mines tu.

Ni la boat dia. Boat ke? Sampan je kot.

Marina Bay Hotel. Dalam dia mmg cun.

Ni la dalam Hotel tu. Design adalah unik ok.

Pergi jalan2 sampai jumpa Singapore Flyer.

Lepas tu pergi lepak kat tangga tengok Art Museum dan cahaya lampu.

Lepas tu pergi makan kat area Marina Bay tu. Mee Goreng ni merah gila.. 

Area Makansutra.

Nasi goreng itik eh yeke.

Pastu pergi Merlion Park. Tengok singa pancut air wajib pergi.

Ni nasi lemak. Haa semua harga SGD 6. Jeng2. RM 15 la lebih kurang. Gagah. But please, jgn convert.
